Insanity with Doc’s coach bonus! I’ve never sweat so much in my life! The warmup gets my heart rate to 160! Insanity is awesome for anyone who wants a tough cardio workout that brings results. It’s all about building your foot quickness and stamina and sweating bucketloads. Man, I wish I had this in high school sports. I would have rocked! I personally think it is way harder than P90X. Cardio loaded. Not much resistance work, but Shawn T has a great 30-minute upper body workout in the deluxe upgrade. You need recovery drink if you do insanity. Trust me on this one!
